During your call
We will find out about your pet’s condition and current quality of life. We will explain the options available to you. You will be able to take all the time you need, and if necessary, call us back when you’re ready.
If you choose home euthanasia
We will arrange an appointment with one of our veterinarians. They will come to your home so that you and your pet can remain in the comfort of your own home during the final moments.
If you’re unsure what to choose
A veterinarian from our team will contact you to discuss the situation and help you make the best decision for your pet.
When your pet dies, you will have all the time you need to collect yourself before it is taken away. Our assistants will respectfully transport your pet to our aquamation centre.
We can make a paw print if you want a memorial keepsake.
Private or regular aquamation
If you want to collect your pet’s ashes, private aquamation is ideal. Otherwise, the choice is yours to opt for this alternative or for regular aquamation. Do not hesitate to discuss this with our staff, which will assist you.
Urn delivery and other memorial items
We can deliver the urn containing your pet’s ashes, as well as any memorial items you choose, to your home.
If you wish, you can create a place in our virtual columbarium in memory of your beloved pet for free.
